had one of the best stays at abando! the location is perfect for a weekend break, with major sights within easy walking distance. the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is really good. what stood out was how helpful the staff was. they were ready to assist with any questions. also, the free gym, sauna, and Turkish bath were a nice bonus!

I loved staying here because it was just a few steps to the lively Plaza Circular and less than a 10-minute walk to the iconic Guggenheim Museum, making it super easy to enjoy all the main sights and beautiful park views throughout my visit. the room was cozy with thoughtful amenities perfect for a single traveler like me. but the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, which could use some improvement.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend excursion in Bilbao with definitely value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, which was a nice surprise. Avoid street-side rooms if you're a light sleeper.
